RETURN

We put lots of love and care in items carried at a blank note, so we hope you like your ordered items too! However, if there are any issues with your order, you have the right to cancel the order within 24 hours without any reasons. Otherwise, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via email (ablanknotestationery@gmail.com) or Facebook message. If a refund is agreed, the item must be returned in its original and unused condition with the original receipt. The original postage will be non-refundable.


If the return is caused by any of the following reasons, a blank note will be responsible for the return or exchange (if applicable) postage:

1) Customer receives incorrect items

2) Items damaged during shipping

3) Items missing 

For any reason not listed above, the customer will be responsible for the return postage AND the shipping fee for exchanged item(s) if applicable.


Once we receive the return item, we will notify you via email. For refund, credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take several business days (credit card) up to a month (PayPal) for the credit to show up on your balance.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
